We are now operate an appointments only system for collection and drop off times. To help maintain social distancing and reduce wait times please ensure you arrive at the agreed time.

This is required to protect you and other customers. Our main gate will remain locked, please contact us on the Ring doorbell (by the gate) when you arrive and we will come to you to collect or return your pet. 

CLOSED - Every day between 11:30 and 15:30.

CLOSED - Bank Holidays, Wednesdays and Sunday Afternoons.

If you need to pickup or drop off outside of the hours above then please call us to discuss. We always aim to be as flexible as possible.
